Return Policy
We only accept returns under the following condition:
- Defective or Damaged Items Only: Returns are accepted only if the item received is defective or damaged.
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Items must be returned unused, in the original packaging, with all tags intact.
📌 Note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as size, preference, or change of mind.
Return Process

- Once approved, we will send you instructions for returning the item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

- Refunds are issued only for defective or damaged products after inspection.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, you will be notified about the status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
Yes, we accept exchanges under the following terms:
- Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or product variation if the item is available in stock.
- The original item must be returned in unused condition with original tags and packaging.
- Shipping charges for returning the item and sending the replacement are the customer's responsibility.
